This song made a tiny story:

Back in 90's, an American girl [possibly Emilda- that was her name] was jailed in Bangladesh for drug dealing. Somehow she heard this music & liked it a lot. Moni Kishor- the singer was managed to sent in the Dhaka jail to do this song for her. US embassy was directly involved in Emilda's case.

Don't get me rude, but the singer is not as good as the song.
