Thank you. I have had mine since the end of May and while the hinge does indeed have some play, it has never been any problem whatsoever for me.

So... I was kind of weirded out by all the people crying about bringing their 3DS back to the store, not even because something actually broke or malfunctioned, but because *gasp* the hinge wobbled.
