As an Isles fan growing up on Long Island and watching that Dynasty about 10 minutes from my house, I always remembered one thing about the '82 Canucks.
Those jerseys were and are the most hideous things EVER created.
It's just unfortunate that the Canucks were in the Smythe Division and didn't have much of a chance in the years following this '82 run when they had to compete with the likes of Edmonton and Calgary.Keep in mind that L.A. upset Edmonton in the first round and chances are,this Stanley Cup Final run wouldn't have occurred had that series went the other way.
i've been waiting 27 years to see some highlights from that series vs los angeles -back in those days in california i had to listen to 690 am i remember crying when i found out the canucks had defeated the kings 4games to 2 -all i know is richard brodeur was incredible in those playoffs i think he shut out LA two or three times

It's not even from the year they went to the final. Actual play by play from the games would be much better.
