From 10 years of experience playing bass, I definitely respect this. I've spent some time learning some of hub's licks, and he has an incredibly well developed style but what always amazes me about him is his feel. Awesome to see he can do some virtuoso stuff too.
dude i went to music settlement school and he was a great teacher evn though i play drums he always helped my band out when we needed it and master omg he performed a solo he just blew evry1 away hub is an inspiration
All the theory aside, Leonard comes up with awesome lines, and some of his simplest stuff is the coolest. I can believe he doesn't get so much more attention.
I like this too. Its sounds pretty cool, and from a bassists perspective what he's doing is very technical and very jazzy. In my opinion, this is pretty reminiscient of Jaco's slang. He just showing what he can do with the instrument.
i dont know why people say this is bad, its very stylistic, i can understand if u dont like it but he's doing some pretty complex stuff if u pay attention
@drewhrt2 Yeah, this may not be someone's cup of tea, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I hate it when people say something they don't understand sucks. If they can't articulate a point better than "This sucks" then don't say anything. Or maybe we shouldn't pay attention to them cause they have nothing to say.

Not hatin, it's just not good. Hey, if the guy can't play, has nothing to do with me. I don't hop on anyones bandwagon, just because he is a star. If this were good, I would have said so, but it's horrible.
Bad ass bass solo, i love his style. I you guys like this look up evan brewer slap bass, He is killer

I remember seeing him at the Chicago Theatre when Lupe Fiasco opened for them, and he was killing that bass guitar. Much respect!

@drewhrt2 who is the moron that said this is bad? Obviously doesn't have a clue about bass. This solo is pretty ridiculous.
