One thing they should have done is when they killed Linda have Crystal of the Inhumans kind of talk to him and eventually they hook up because they had a really nice chemistry.

Also I think the Inhumans can really help him find the balance between his Sentry, Bob and Void aspects.

I like how the sentry was portrayed in his debut mini series. I think they just made him one note now and forgot how he truly is as a character.

He was once my favorite marvel character but now I am just waiting for someone to bring him back to relevance but they have screwed him up so badly I do not think he can ever really come back from it.

I know your frustration over Dark Avengers (and the majority of Marvel's new stuff). The action scenes are very very poorly orchestrated.

Eg: Ms Marvel Zaps her laser at the Women on the Dragon...1 simple boring action...dont with a 2 page spread of varying "snapshots".

this along with bendis's 20 pages of facetime and its a shitfest.

La Fey has the opportunity to easily kill off Doom as a kid, but decides not to because she wants to do it in a special fashion, like some James Bond villain. I f_ing hate this cliché. Haven't the Austin Powers movies taught us anything?

I mean I love Conan comics and cleaves peoples heads off quite a lot, but never women....unless they're snake demons or something...but you know what I mean.

The difference about those comics though is that they're written writers like Roy Thomas, Kurt Busiek and Tim Truman who can write adult stories that can appeal to all ages and don't fall into the fanboy category that Bendis increasingly appeals to.

I thought DA #1 was ok but with #2 it seems to be like Bendis is shitting on the legacy of the classic Avengers. Its like he's saying this isn't your old Avengers..this is Grim and Dark...cause mature stories have people ripping other peoples heads off...cause thats cool...and dark and grim...

As for why care? Well, intellectually you can't, but in an emotional sense, you could hope for LeFay to be successful and this all have been Quesada pulling the rug out.

As for mysoginistic, I have to agree. I mean, Sentry 'was not holding back' vs hulk and I am pretty sure Morgan could down Banner, WWH be damned.

Pretty soon, Bendis will write "Torture-Porn Avengers". Which will be female superheroes chained in a dungeon tortured by Sardu & Ralphus.

yes! Radiohead! you guys should rock some elliott smith in your next vid. I thought DA was ok, then again it was a mighty slow week in comics. Jose was right, it was kinda "pedestrian" but it was still fairly entertaining IMO.

DA was Great! the art was really good, and the story was fine.
