Its a local stock market racket based on there own sub-prime home loans that 7 years ago the insurgents thought they could afford if the just get a second job, "besides this is gods country ill always be able to find a job", wait no that only works on us.
I'm glad that my country is using this technology they have developed to defeat the enemy. It shows the true brilliance and personal drive that exists in the greatest country on earth.
Interesting that chemtrail barium weakens immune system and now NASA and USAF document "chemtrail" projects and cover is that its to sheild the suns warming and fuels the global warming scam and carbon tax and human carbon footprints and need for mass depopulation AGENDA 21
OK, so as I read other comments it seems that the weapon has to do with rfid technology, combined with a rapid reaction/kill capability. That sounds feasible, but NOT that big a deal to me. I mean, game changer, yes, but nothing comparable to the Manhatten Project, in my opinion.
I would give my right nut to know what Woodward knows. Wonder how long till there is a leak?
I used to work for a company and just as i left to go back to full time education they announced they were starting to sell antennae for RFID chips... bastards...
Would it be an effective countermeasure to this technology to obtain large amounts of nanodust, duplicate the embedded codes, and spread it over the entire area you want to fog up?
I heard some tidbits from 6 month returnees about this stuff (but VERY general stuff). Apparently with new sensor towers, encoded "nanochips" adhere to clothing and suspects AFTER attacks are arrested by their clothing being "detected" in the operational area! Fascinating stuff!! Imagine being arrestable because of an embedded code!
Ah, that sounds reasonable. Nanochips something like rfid chips.
I had thought the networked nanotech sensors were a few years off, so I was surprised that they might have already gone into operation at the time of the "surge."
The nanochips themselves are supposedly VERY limited in function (they are air-dropped) mostly they are breathed in! The "returnees" I spoke of are C-17 pilots who are ANG, and are returning again. They are JUST LIKE RFID in detection, but full time modelling of a suspects' activities exist as the "detector towers" are 24/7. This is really fresh info, and you know my past activities... one very good thing about all this is whoever plants an IUD bomb will be 100% det. by sensor history!
I wish I could too, but really the next place they'll be used (extensively) is Afghanistan/Pakistan war theater, most likely with same results as Iraq! Apparently- their ONLY use is in counterinsurgency... regular warfare use would be pretty much useless! Hopefully, they wouldn't be used here for monitoring society, doubt that though as they don't have enough "monitors"!
Yeah, that sounds fantastic! I can't wait for Big Brother to know where everyone is all the time. Because Government can be trusted with that kind of power.
And even better the surveillance would be contracted out to corporations, and you know how much they care about you.
Won't that make you feel safe and secure, having corporations watch your every move?
Our founding fathers understood the importance of privacy, and how the lack of privacy changes one's behavior and even negatively impacts one's mental state.
Unfortunately, politicians and those who manage to weasel their way into power today are too moronic to understand that.
Its kinda interesting, but you can critice this. Anyway what kind of technology are we talking about? Maybe something like in the BATMAN the dark knight movie, with that kind of sensors????
A development as big as the Manhattan Project being used in Iraq--what is Woodward talking about?
A lot of people are assuming it's a weapons system, but Woodward says,
"From 85% to 90% of the actionable intelligence comes from these techniques and operations."
Do you think they've already developed the networked nanotech sensors which provide realtime data on the movement of every living thing in the area where they're deployed?
The original plan was for them to be blown into an area where, being dustlike, they penetrate into every room of every building.
The data they provide is embedded into a 3d reconstruction of the area, and the nanotech sensors provide the realtime data needed to reconstruct the living creatures in that 3d world from the real world.
In other words, they can view in the 3d world all living creatures and their movements as they happen in the real world.
WTF?
Whores placed strategic around Iraq?

Oh its cute alright!
1. Every element on the periodic table has a signature frequency; hence all those towers.
2. Chemicals used in soapy things, food, water and air has increased: why does Obama want to outlaw organic food?
3. Chemtrails is not only about weather modification, control and weaponisaton: what's in them?
4. A frequency used in a local park to deter children from hanging around.
5. UFOs use electromagnetic technology.
6. Compromised immunity systems start off illnesses.

Look up the radio waves needed to communicate with the nanoparticles. Can you say soft kill? Those waves are not good

@EchelonMonitor What makes you so sure that this is the technology that is being used if it is classified?

Sounds like a good countermeasure to me.
We need to develop countermeasures like this to protect ourselves from the US government violating the constitution and spying on us.

I wonder if once they get into the lungs, they stay there forever.
I wish we could get hold of some and see what they look like under the microscope.

Nanotech sensors could be created for all kinds of sensing, motion detection, sound, chemical, maybe even video.
Try googling nanotechnology--incredible things coming, like the replicators in Star Trek.
