  • the original skunk2 have 75mm hole there are a lot of imitations...

  • I got a D16Y8 dc headers, S2 mega power cat back exhaust and AEM CAI. Was thinking bout doing a S2 throttle body and intake manifold. Any one done this and how hard was it for my Y8, and much of a HP change? Thanks.... this vid makes me want one more.....great vid.

  • Anyone know the the size of those header holes?

  • where's the "BEAUTIFUL BLACK" ?

  • Not really digging the red IM. Prefer the silver/gray version.

  • are they any good

  • @satinsk8er only the best lol

  • @satinsk8er: I have one on my z6 swap...and so far between this and the skunk 2 throttle body have been nothing but a pain in the ass. Had 2 order a custom gasket for the 68mm throttlebody...as well as the throttle linkage bracket being drilled in a bad place on the intake manifold making the z6 cable to tight...so the butterfly wont close all the way. So far not worth the 500 dollars pissed away. But once I get everything set right maybe I will change my mind

  • @NastyEj2

um skunk2 intake doesnt come with butterflies so whoever you got your info from told you wrong

  • @mjarrettb if you could read you would also see that I said I bought a skunk 2 throttle body along with the manifold...and if you're telling me throttle bodys don't have butterflies you would probably have a very high idle.

  • @satinsk8er yes they are but in order to get the max out of this set up you need a good tune and some good cams. i have one on my b18c1 i love it.
