DEFINITELY 100mw, I was gonna say it's more than that, shut your typing trap and get off the guys back, i don't see your vid!
You can get these diodes from member Pyrotronic on ebay. They are open can and not the whimpy PS3 diodes. You will find all sorts of kits and goodies, and he accepts best offers :)

dude i think this laser will cost on wicked laser(if they had one) 2400 dollars!!!
How about buying an LM317 and a KES module for the PS3 (enter PS3 blu ray on ebay) and make your own for about 50 bucks??
All optics you need are mounted on the KES.
