In addition, kabutops is a mid tier pokemon, while rampardos is a bottom tier. As for competitive battling, a swords dancer kabutops is extremely potent sweeper on a rain dance team.

first of all we all know that rampardos and tyranitar should both be number one. first of all rampdos is known as the epitome glass turnom in attack. I have no idea what that means but its all out there. his max attack is 471 and he has decent spped too but lacks his defence. tyranitar also has a massive max attack of 204. tyranitar also has very good defence and speical defence. tyranitar never uses special attack and has decent speed. so tyranitar in my opinon should be number 1.
