As a Canadian I had no idea this was going on. I fell bad for these five men. I didnt know our justice system was so squed in this area. Hopefully the SCC will strike this legislation down again. Only time will tell.

@BRUCEJUNKER Canadian image outside of these borders is carefully maintained by the government. Canada is presented as a near utopia. In reality, it is a sickening cesspool of racism mainly directed at aboriginals. In the US bigots aren’t afraid to admit their racism; in Canada it’s all about closet racism, hypocrisy and denial. I prefer the open racism of the US; at least I know who my enemies are.
