Hotaru was a great PS2 exclusive for KOF XI. I love teaming her up with her brother, Gato. (eventhough SNK hasn't explicitly said it...it's really obvious). She would have also fight in well with the High School Girls team of 2003, or the Pretty Girls Team in KOF 2002 UM
