Beyond beautiful...Santina & Mark Togni are true inspirations. They are truly truly talented. I am just a student but to witness their beauty in motion gives me the impetus to hit the mat daily. I LOVE MY PRACTICE. It is beyond belief - just give yourself everyday unconditionally to the practice & there are no bounds to what your body can perform. Take this from a 45 year old woman... Namaste!!
