All i can say philippines is a nice place to hang out in a clubs, bars, discos, good night life etc... Try and just be careful, anywhere country theres a bad and good place even a people too, just some pathetic and useless human always give a bad comment, im proud of my country no matter what they say and think about philippines, i dont give a damm shit, enjoy life and thats matter most..

Ive been there in blue rock many times with my family, stay in a nice and simple hotel. Lovely food, friendly people and staffs too. I would be back again and again..

I'm not negative at all, I've been living there for a long time (as a single and believe me I've enjoyed life), it's just what I experienced watching many people arrive as couples and leaving as singles. It's something you won't believe unless you experience life in a place like Sabang Beach (or most other places in the Philippines if you're a "Gringo"). This particular Floating Bar is in Sabang Beach by the way.
