what language are these ladies singing? and hey, there is a lot of diversity in Africa, the diversity of skin colors, physical features, languages, clothes, and cultures is very great, but no one is any less African than anyone else. a Nigerian, a San from South Africa, a Sudanese, a Coptic Egyptian, all of these people are African, and beautiful.

Khaddafi has no problem saying he is arab. So what is the problem here? Ancient Nubians were dark. Just as the first Africans in America were dark, however now african americans are near white to dark. @nkwakutoure It is obvious you don't know much about nubian history. During the pharaonic era the depiction of cushites or nubians varied from region and tribe. There are many hieroglyphs that depicts nubians with a variety of skin colors and facial features. These women look like the people in their region, they look similar to ethiopians, somalis, eritreans, and nubians on the egypt side of the border.

Actually Nubia and Rome became trading partners in antiquity. Like i mentioned to you before nubians, and Africans in general always been diverse in appearance. For example many(not all) ibos in nigeria are very fair skinn does that mean that are mix race, nope, and you find this all over Africa.

@nubianking2020 I know africans are a diverse people! Dr Ivan van Sertima said that there is general 6 different african types. That being said does not negative intermengling between ethnic groups/tribes or conqueror & conquered. There are enough light skin africans in america to populate a country. A small group of europeans conquered south america and mixed with the natives and enslaved africans to create new ethnic group.

@nkwakutoure : Google "Wrestling in ancient nubia" you will notice from the wall painting depiction that the ancient nubians were all a diverse group of people. Some looked similar to ancient egyptians while others did not. Since African Americans ancestors came from west africa, do you realize west africa is a very diverse region, and since some of your ancestors were ibos. Ibos(not all) are known for having fair skinn. google monalisa chinda, and pat utomi just a few examples.
