I'm sorry to see that this happened to you but PLEASE don't let this make you never shop on Etsy again. There are lots of amazing sellers on there who value their customers. You should always check feedback. I also am a soapmaker on Etsy (Ive been making soap 9 years) and know many others who are amazing and genuine sellers. So sorry that this happened to you!.

Well, in regards to the comment you hardly knew her well....who KNOWS why she gave you the products you ordered & NOT me? Hey there! I personally am an etsy seller and I am so sorry you had such a horrible time with this person! You need to go on the forums in Etsy and report her to the moderators and see if you can get a refund somehow.

i'm glad you said something in the video because most people do not make videos that have negative or even neutral comments about a seller. i've been on her etsy a few times but never ordered from her. i've had a few incidents on etsy with sellers that are really unprofessional. next time, just file the paypal dispute and etsy complaint after 2 weeks of no reply.
@bbwhour I'm happy to know you enjoyed this video. She was the first seller I chose to order from. Sad, that I will never order from her site or Etsy site again. And thank you for the information, I didn't know I was able to do something about it.
@MACprnss26 there are some great etsy sellers out there who are very professional. i'm sorry you had to experience this. you should still send something to etsy about this non-shipment. even though it's only one soap, it still happened and it's still your money. you need to warn people. if you need some recommendations, i'll gladly give you some.

I have ordered soap from quite a few different Etsy sellers and have had no problems with customer service. If you would like their names and some samples from me just let me know. I hate is when companies jack you around. We all work hard for our money and deserve to be treated with respect.
