the powder that you use under your eyes...could you use baby powder or do you need an actual make up loose powder?

You want to use a cosmetic powder. Talc or baby powder is an antiperspirant and will not blend into your skin as it's just not made for that. With the amount of makeup one puts on for Drag, you don't want to be caking anything like that on your face.
