Noel is about as close to S tier as a fighting game character can be. She has a few bad matchups, but overall her access to damage on this game is just absolutely ridiculous. She can easy confirm into 3.4k meterless, and even on just random hitconfirm she can EASILY dish out 5k/6k damage. Easy mixups, best Counter Assault in the game, easy combos.

Makoto is S-tier for pretty much the exact same reason -- she can mash and put you in the corner with simple 7k damage combos. Corner carry off 5a.

yes, but then almost everybody in A-tier can do that, and then you've got hazama. Honestly, you can't call a character cheap when half of the cast is just as powerful as her.

It has nothing to do with that. EVERYBODY has the potential to do high damaging combos. The difference in A and S tier is how easy it is to achieve such damage. Noel has, hands down, the absolute easiest damage in the entire game.

Anyone who says Noel isn't cheap probably has either a) never played a good one before or b) doesn't fully understand how she's cheap. This is not even an argument, dude.

Of course this video is satire. But YES, noel is cheap as shit either way.
