personally i think its cute. I'm the kinda person that takes the time to do these things LOL i know... But i feel better knowing that i put the work into a gift. Especially if it was just a bottle of wine. I can also understand if you chose to use a bag. especially if your in a hurry

Y'know, a bag usually works nice. That wrapping was so crappy--it was all wrinkled and half-assed. They make bags specifically for bottles; just stuff in some colored tissue paper and there ya go. No need to wrinkly-crinkly-crappy paper wrapped around a bottle.

... But no one else will care. When I put things in bags, I'm careful to choose what sort of tissue paper goes in there, and when the handles to the bag get tied, I always curl the ribbons and make decorative bows from the ribbon itself.

The paper is going to get torn to shreds anyway--why would anyone care THAT much? Besides, they could re-use the bag later anyway. :P
