First time I heard the blue album I was very unimpressed with it.... it just burbled along in the background whilst I was playing around on my PC. I nearly fell off my chair when Christopher Eccleston piped up :)
who put this big bloody clay flower lovingly baked in the oven that glowed in the dark around my flamin neck? You were in a cat suit, your folks where hippies, and we may have fucked to orbital and/or lenord cohen? you left me, and i fell asleep in my parents sofa naked but at least i got an A'level in psyhology and breathed heavily on a girl with a cat suit.
where's the radio buttons (play, skip, back, save etc) so I can skip this track and move onto the next one??
Maybe someone should start writing that Third Testament and add it to the existing religious doctrine of our planet and universe and would describe what we should from now onwards as in the line "Onward Christian Soldiers" and describe what we actually do to achieve world peace"????
It's a special sort of futuristic CD that only I own a copy of! You see in the future all you have to do is look at a CD, and it will play your favourite songs as it reads your mind!
@UniqueWeekend In order for you to comprehend my friend, my futuristic vision i may lend. For if it is seeable, the inconceivable can become concievable.
@JoeStephens78 The future sounds shitty if I only can listen to the same old favorite songs over and over. When can't I get some new favorites? Pretty sure all my favorite songs are on my ipod already and I can even listen to new songs the may become a new favorite in my time period. This future sounds very limiting.

@veeezis While most things should be uncensored, a line does need to be drawn. Neonazis shouldn't exist, recipes for anthrax shouldn't be floating around, etc. As far as swearwords go, fuck censorship.
Love the HQ recording. Haven't heard this track in donkey's years... Began my journey into Electronica with Art of Noise back in 84 (when O was 10 y.o.), and I have enveloped myself in it ever since. Orbital are one of those few groups that reward the listener with new finds every time! In Sides is still a regular on my playlist almost 15 years after its release. Orbital, EPIC stuff!!!!
Thanks for the comment mate! Similar thing with me mate. Got into electronic music in the late 1980's, and still love it to this day! Especially Orbital!
It's my belief that history is a wheel. 'Inconstancy is my very essence,' says the wheel. Rise up on my spokes if you like but don't complain when you're cast back down into the depths. Good times pass away, but then so do the bad. Mutability is our tragedy, but it's also our hope. The worst of times, like the best, are always passing away."
Orbital are again?!. Youv'e just made my day mate!. Any chance of any new material though?. Hope So!. The vocal sample was taken from Christopher Eccleston, and was taken from a T.V. Movie he starred in called 'Second Coming' that was screened on ITV1 several years ago.
Saw Orbital at cream at the pier head in liverpool in 99 they were amazing Doctor who into chime just at midnight unbeliveable !

JoeStephens78 2 years ago
@JoeStephens78 i didnt say i have heard it with that part cut out!
youtube like to cut audio out / swear words and anything pretty much they like or do not....
thats why i said it lol

Sorry Mate for my Misunderstanding! Wasn't aware that You Tube cut out swear words, etc! Peace.

@JoeStephens78
I listened to this and the "cheeky bastards" part was not cut out. Maybe it's because of the country factor?
To my mind, censorship makes one soft and naive. It's a horrible, lying thing without a reasonable basis for existence.
