Well my hair is at the top of the small of my back, and I can make it short using pink foam hair rollers. Mostly everyone has them and I used them for this hair style, and they turned out perfectly! :D

@bluesapphirefly i think you need to condition your hair well and also be careful when you remove the hair from the rollers so you don't disturb the curl much. hope that helps :)
