Your high F is just too portamento... try 1-2-3(F)-2(d)-1(c) instead of 3-4-3-3-2. For D-F-Ab(high) on e string I would recomment 1-2-3(extensions) instead of shifting constantly. ALL SHIFTS SHOULD BE MADE SO THAT YOU PLAY MORE THAN ONE NOTE IN THAT POSITION (unless in very specific cases were it's just impossible to not do that)

If I may offer some constructive criticism, your intonation is a bit sharp a lot of the time, and your bowing could be a bit more precise, particularly when it comes to switching strings like at 0:20.
