L.A. and San Diego have the best year round climate in the country. The average temperature in both these cities is about 75 degrees. It is off and on sunny and cloudy in October but starts getting cooler at around 65 degrees in November and December and even cooler all the way through march with rain a few days per month dec - feb. That is why L.A. will always be the most desirable place to live for many people who come here from all over the world daily.
