you have the kill confirmed gametype info wrong. its basically a tdm where when you kill anyone you have to get the dog tags he drops for the kill to count, if their teammate gets them before you do the kill doesnt count. just trying to help you out

What are you on about on the Kill confirmed section? It's nothing like what you said. It's just TDM, but for your kill to count towards the team you have to collect the enemy's dog tags. If someone on their team collects them before you do, then that kill won't count towards the team.

um your description of kill confirm is incorrect looking at all the MW3 gameplay, looks like a game mode similar to TDM except you need to collect dog tags after you kill an enemy (teammates can also collect other teammates' dogtags to prevent the enemy from collecting them, and its first team to 60 dog tags (fairly sure) wins.

Kill confirmed isn't anything to do with King of the Hill. You kill someone, they drop dog tags, either your team or the enemy can pick them up. If the enemy pick it up, they gain a point. THAT'S it.
