they like to charge gratuity with your bill for two people and give you a credit card receipt with a tip line. I gave a 20% tip by mistake not realizing that they included the tip for two. I ended up paying a tip of 38%. I called the same day and the manager said it would be resolved but it was not. I was at the Time Square Red Lobster. what a rip-off!!!!

I like Red Lobster but it perturbs me when this guy claims (paraphrase) "nothing like seeing someone smile when they taste the food". What bullshit! When was the last time you saw the cook in the dining area at Red Lobster?????
