Besides Turbo bikes era... the 2 stroke rules over the 4´stroke...once I tried an old TZ 350cc 2 stroke...and I recognize that was too much for me, I never reached the top speed but I took a few corners on high revs...I never squeeze all the juice on that bitch... I can´t imagine how to make this BEAST stable on the twisties...
It's neat how you can see the beginnings of the banana swing arm on this bike. Also, the only graphics Yamaha should ever use on their modern bikes is that classic striping. They got that right on the 50th Aniv. bikes.
That "thing " is a legend. An R1 is for little girls compared to that. That bike will rip your arms out of their sockets. you are obviously a new rider.
@hazmatfox u may be right but an R1 handles 100 times better and has much more rider friendly power so u could ride an R1 a lot faster than one of these around the track, but this is a legendary bike and for the time was and still is a friggin monster
