I hate how city people tell us how we manage our animals, if wolves were to over populate they would eventually kill off all the deer, and elk which is their food source. no food source for these animals means they would eventually starve to death. it is absolutley essential to control the population of wolves so we can have a steady population of deer and elk. not only do wolves kill for food, but they kill for sport as well.

There are no Elk! Who told you that there are large herds? The Outfitters are going out of business, communities are going broke(Dubois, Wyo). Last year 2008 they only processed 10 cow Elk from an area where 1500 late cow permits used to be issued now they issue 150 and only fill 10?

The N yellowstone Elk herd was reduced by 90% in three years a herd of 19,000 Elk 2000-2003, today it hovers at 7000. As the Elk get harder to find the Wolves will turn on the few Buffalo that are left. The Moose are almost extinct. Yellowstone was not meant to be a kennel it was meant to be a home for Elk,Moose and Buffalo. You now see why the Wolf was gotten rid of- HIS CRIMES AGAINST WILDLIFE.

Oct 30th Mr.Jenson 4 year old son died daughter injured. The wolves had attacked several people along the road. They heard the terrifying screams of their young children. The father armed with a shotgun raced to help. He was to late his 4 year old son was torn to pieces and dead. What you fail to tell in this video is that the wolves 14 year reintroduction was funded entirely by hunters tax dollars. Now that the population is so dense its been billed the most successful reintroduction in the U.S.. a few wolves need to be culled in order for the others to live healthy and stay in the wilderness were they belong.

For crying out loud, nature provides no real "balance" on it's own. Several studies prove top/down management fails. Man is the only species that can bring real balance as we have one ability that no other animal possess, the ability to act outside of instinct, to use science and apply the science to the benefit of other species.

There are no Elk! Who told you that there are large herds? The Outfitters are going out of business, communities are going broke(Dubois, Wyo). Last year 2008 they only processed 10 cow Elk from an area where 1500 late cow permits used to be issued now they issue 150 and only fill 10?

The N yellowstone Elk herd was reduced by 90% in three years a herd of 19,000 Elk 2000-2003, today it hovers at 7000. As the Elk get harder to find the Wolves will turn on the few Buffalo that are left. The Moose are almost extinct. Yellowstone was not meant to be a kennel it was meant to be a home for Elk,Moose and Buffalo. You now see why the Wolf was gotten rid of- HIS CRIMES AGAINST WILDLIFE.

You see man role in nature is to keep it in balance you set a quaota on wolves so many are harvested each year. This help the wolves and the caribou stay in balance. People say these creatures are monsters. Do they look like monsters, I don't think so. Their brilliant creatures. People are just frightened of things that can outsmart a human. But what they don't realize is we are sort of related to them. They live in family groups of mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters living together. They struggle to find food just as much as we do to buy food. We think our lives are tough. Well no normal city human would be able to survive like a wolf. Great Video!

What you fail to tell in this video is that the wolves 14 year reintroduction was funded entirely by hunters tax dollars. Now that the population is so dense its been billed the most successful reintroduction in the U.S.. a few wolves need to be culled in order for the others to live healthy and stay in the wilderness were they belong.

Some of these packs specialized in children.. easy prey. In Finland two wolves killed 35 children in a 3 year span.

Ok I can Understand That You Like to Hunt Predators, But Since when was i saying wolves were cuddly and cute, as wolf advocate says, we put some stupid attack all over the front page and media but we dont bother to look into it and actually wonder why this wolf attacked.
Instead we turn a blind eye and immediatly think wolves are these vicious creatures

Most wolves are attacking now because they veiw humans as prey. Just reacently, one sane wolf attacked three families in an two hour span. In one of the families, the wolf tried to drag away a three year old baby. Also, wolves surrouded two women and their dogs in preditory style. Luckly the dogs were there, orthe wolves might have attacked. People go and 'live with the wolves' but they don't see the damage they are creating: wolves getting use to human contact and becomeing dangerous

The only families that a wolf attacked was Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Pigs. Wolves ONLY kill for food and they NEVER - NEVER attack humans. And FYI - a fight between a wolf and a dog - is like a fight between a trained killer and a preschooler!!!!
Your fear of the wolf is great - but your fear is rooted in false stories and lies - lie the ones you are telling about!!!

I'm not here to argue, but to inform. You can belive me, or you can tell me that I am wrong, but the events that I listed did happen. I never said that there was a wolfvs.dog., I'm just saying that if the dogs weren't there, barking and yelping, the women probably would have been injured. How do you even know that I fear the wolf? You don't even know me! I'm sorry that you don't bellive me, but just making assumptions makes you look ignorant. ps-You are right, a wolf would destroy a dog.

I know that you fear wolves because you will post lies about how bad wolves are - for no good reason!! That is fear!!!!!!!! And those who know that wolf attacks ONLY happen when the wolf cannot find a way to escape - also know you are just planting lies - to cover up your fear!!!!!

Again, you don't eve know me. Do you know that I am scared of wolves? Why should I be scared of an oversized dog? I did not say, or state, that all wolves are bad, just showing you that a very small number are. In every speices, there is that small population that have an over tolorance to humans. Those are the ones that attack about 95% of the time. How do you know that I am lying? The facts I get r from:media,witnesses,victoms,animal behaviorlist,and biologist. If you don't belive me, then ok.

I dont have to know you - I don't believe you because it is not true. Since wolves can smell you coming from a half mile away you cannot corner them so they have to fight. You fear wolves - like the 3 little pigs - or Goldilocks - so you make up lies about wolves!!! You THINK the wolf is bad - when you have no proof - except for your nursery rhymes!
The last reported wolf attack in North America that was POSITIVELY identified as a wolf attack by healthy wolves - was recorded in 1888!!!

Actually, last recorded attack was in 2001. They guy DIED form the injuries the wolves gave him. WAIT!! Wait, it was in Canada....guess THAT dosent matter...not like the wolves are coming down from there or anything... You still haven't proven that I am scared of wolves...I have worked with animals that could DESTROY the wolf, heck was even attacked by one. To say that ALL wolves are good is very closeminded.

Wellllll no ofense but wolves' teritory is being killed too.They barely have food..And I never heard of that.Yes,I heard they attack cattle & livestock but not humans.
