well, for the paint jobs u can do that in career mode. its the shop near the junkyard. but u cant put any accessories on the car..unless ur talking about performance accessories then u can do it at the paint shop too

no no. the taxi is an extra car u can unlock to play in the arcade mode. its based of the empire car so i know what u thought
