@JDJess15 thats a plectrum stylus cp-306 (google it). thats not called a pen, thatsa stylus and the plectrum stylus is shaped triangle while normal stylus is like a pen.

Remove battery, then u should be able to see a little bit of sim. Pick it out with a pen or something sharp

@Lunchess if u go into the menu- settings - personal - profiles - general ( or current profil u r using) - personalise - message tone........ hope that will help :)

@Lunchess it comes with a real media player, so it does play RM, and after my testing it can play some MP4 and AVI, some of them can only have sound output, I think it's because the limit of the screen solution or different codec....
