@strawberrysplashface yes i does work i was enjoying an iceblock when some dripped under neath my f key then it got all sticky that really is the best way to lift them up you can just pull the top half off which i recommend cause i did it at school and broke the whole thing :/

@LarryPogoler ...you talking about the spring? you just reassemble it (which he didn't show) by carefully studying the other keys, putting the spring together correctly, (if you orient it so the larger piece is on the bottom with the rectangular indent facing down and then the smaller piece with the notch at the top and the smooth surface facing up, you can simply snap the middle notches of the smaller piece into the larger piece) snapping it to the board, and then snapping the key to the board.

Oh man i ripped of the spacebar and spent days on how to put it back.I followed a guy's advice "If your key is sticky, maybe there's some dirt inside, so pop it up so you can clean it and then pop it back!" - Well guess what, idiot....The key is not sticking back! So i used 2 toothsticks to raise up that white thing and put back my key,then quickly took of toothsticks while holding the key,then pressed the key hard till i heard 2-3 clicks and voila!Spacebar is working perfectly! :D

DiamyndGriz, just pup off one of your other keys and you will see how it snaps together. I had the same problem, mine was in pieces. But if you look carefully you can see. Make sure you put the correct side of each piece up and then clip in the correct ends.

You CAN have the white Pieces come off, but to but them back on, its kind of like a small puzzle. But i managed it. there are also these little clips on the key its-self that clip on to the white piece when it detaches. to assemble the white piece in, you have to slide\clip them in with the small metal pieces. LIKE SO PEOPLE CAN SEE

Oh man, all of these key repair videos, I checked out a few and I felt confident that it's gonna be easy. But no! So yea, brute force got my keys out, but the second one I popped broke already. It lost an important little white contact part. So that's where I stopped. But I just want to say that this can go wrong if you just tear them off at a random angle. I will stop until I have a second-hand broken replacement keyboard just in case.

if you see the middle of the circle part, there are two things that stick out at the sides. those two ends are supposed to fit INTO the rectangular piece (it has holes at the middle of the frame). if you can fit those ends into the rectangular piece, and have the appropriate sides line up (there are indents on the top and bottom, for example the rectangular piece has two holes on one end of it, that is the bottom of that piece), then the white thing will go back on.
