Thank you for the comment. The track that I used was the opening song "Why So Serious?" from the soundtrack. Its the Joker's theme from the film.

As much I enjoyed Jack Nicholson's performance in Tim Burton's Batman as well as both Mark Hamill and Kevin Michael Richardson's voice-over portrayals of The Joker in Batman: TAS and The Batman, Heath Ledger's interpretation made me fear this character for the first time and I've never found The Joker terrifying until the release of The Dark Knight. The way he constantly licked the scars on his face like a Lizard, his disgusting laugh, and sinister humour was pulled off flawlessly by Ledger.

Definitely agree with you 100%. I love Mark Hamill's Joker from TAS, as well as Jack's classic take, but Heath introduced a side thats never yrt been explored on film and he did it extremely well. Definitely unforgettable.
