Milonga form is a very rich genre -milonga campera, milonga ciudadana, milonga uruguaya- is an incredible sound universe, but any common root with blues

Perdón, Pichuco es, por supuesto, ANÍBAL TROILO, el más gran bandoneonista de todos los tiempos y genial compositor.

Aparte es una milonga ciudadana, la musica Pampeana dista bastante de esa idea. Manzi no tenia nada que ver con La Pampa.

No estoy de acuerdo Justi, para mi Manzi acá se inspiró en un paisaje de la pampa,(Av Gral Paz pa afuera en aquel entonces)y qué?,acaso la música pampeana no tiene milonga? todo es muy relativo, si estubiera Homero quizás aclarara las cosas.Estoy de acuerdo con que es jazz del sur la versión del Gato Barbieri(excelente!)

I found the transcription in a Japanese book about Atahualpa Yupanqui. Since all the text is in Japanese I can't tell you much about it apart it was published in 1974 and the music is in western standard notation.
