Bush told Saddam for many months that if he didn't let the inspectors in we would send troops to Iraq. Saddam had plenty of time to either send his WMD's to Iran or bury them in the desert. How do you know that there were no terrorists in Iraq before we sent troops there? You may be there now but you weren't there then.
