@MamaTrina -Hi Mama, I use cilantro in small quantities when I juice. I've been focusing on adding more greens to my juice vs fruits. Juicing has given me some great results on my skin but honestly, taking silica supplements has also really helped as well. I wrote all about it on my blog.
@fabohair Thank you for replying, fabo. I'm going to start back taking silica - it really is a great supplement for the hair. Cilantro is a pretty stong 'parsley', so I would agree with the idea of only using small amounts at a time for juicing. Thanks again and happy Holy weekend!
I have that same juicer and i hate that sick foam at the top. leaves u gasy! but thats a good idea, u ever thought about adding that juice to a shampoo and using it directly in the hair?
@swensonbl -No ma'am. I didn't peel any of the ingredients. Most times the skin contains a ton of nutrients so by juicing the entire fruit, you get more nourishment.
Great vid! You hair looks beautiful also! Can you do a hair update video? And i wanted to ask you....what is your opinion on stretching relaxers? Do u do it?
@lalalachica87 - I will do a hair update vid. My regimen changed slightly so I gotta make sure to keep everyone updated. Yes I do stretch relaxers. I haven't done a super long stretch. Four months is the longest I've gone. Stretching can be good or bad. If you're interested in trying it for the first time, check out a blog post I did on stretching without hurting the hair.
@artistnme4life -Artist, you've gotta get a juicer! I haven't missed one day of juicing since I've started. I just love the feeling I get from juicing....so many benefits.
I heard the music in the begining , but for some reason, i cant seem to hear her talking in the video!?!?!?!

@Ahdree23 -I never tried adding the juice to a shampoo. I think the most optimal benefit comes from taking it in internally.

@Ahdree23 lol I think it;s best taken internally. The idea is to build up you cells.

Cucumbers are one of my favourite raw snacks! I didn't know they contained silica! That means I will only eat a ton more :P
