Yeah and Jesus was a sun god... and then integrated in history as a political figure to gain control of the public. Which was used to lunch the inquisition and the crusades which killed thousands of people. Yeah Christianity is much better than Allah and Islam. Religion and Christianity does not equal morality, if you want to be a good person forget about religion and think more about been a nice and just person toward others. The Qu'ran was not a 'book' in the beginning. The early Arabs did not possess or produce much paper until well after Mohammad's end.
That means the Qu'ran was copied down on leaves, and told by word of mouth to survive before it was truly recorded.
I'd say this means it is not 'uncorrupt' itself ;)

Moon god worship was spread throughout the middle east and n. africa. There were lots of stories, lots of myths, that were infused into the quran. The reason Mohammed came to power was because the Vatican wanted to get rid of the pope in Constantinople, who had a different text of the bible. Who defied the authority of the bishop of Rome. Mohammed married a Vatican nun among others.

just because one book of the christian bible might have a difference in the telling of the story, or an extra verse or two allows for you to combine what's missing in one account to the other. this typically isn't my kind of response because i think it diminishes the idea of faith to try to prove or disprove something. Christ's message is strictly love and compassion though. i don't see the problem there.
