Um.. the first one, I bought. It cost like $100, I think, at Best Buy. [It's been a while.] But it came with a video editing program, so it was worth it. The second one, my friend gave me a place to download it.

Yeah, the program in the first part is Photoshop Elements 4. The program in the second part is just Photoshop 7. As said in description.

I know I'm late at replying. v_v I'm not really into commenting stuff, so... But, the only difference between 4 and 7 was that I actually knew how to use 4 at that time. xD But now that I'm experienced with 7.. It's better to use, don't waste your money on Photoshop Elements 4. Just to let you know.

Umm those brushes are downloadable somewhere in DeviantArt.. I forgot, but if you google photoshop brushes, or search in DA, then you should be able to find some good brushes.
