  • Try bending your knees

  • I seen natural women do more than this, ATG, all the time on my track team. rofl.

  • Not impressive, unless your going parallel or atg

  • Lol this is nothing?, i have a girl at my gym lifting two times this shit lol

  • You are a Strong, but everybody needs to watch female bodybuilder SUPER HAIR she is the only female bench press 225 pounds 10x's on YouTUBE

  • @realtalk516186 I just saw that woman bench press 225 pounds 10x's that girl is the a Monster--thanks realtalk516186

  • yup she is strong

  • that was a half squat moron

  • @loosey5 full squat is when your hams touch your calves. half squat goes to parallel. she did a quarter squat.

  • not very strong for such a big girl

  • go deep if you wanna build dat ass

  • special ed in the backround, dope song

  • strongest? come on

  • its fucked up that a guy can achieve that before the age of 18 fairly easily. getting strength is so hard for women

  • @Mizzles240

Glenn Pendlay trains a 14 year old girl who squats over 200 pounds for sets of 5.

  • isnt that called box squatting? where you dont go as low as a full squat or something like that?

  • PERFECT form, all experienced powerlifters know that you only want to squat halfway down to get the full effect, even less than that if you can.

  • @KyleCoxTAMU Disagree. How does doing something halfway equate to being the same as full? All experienced sprinters don't know that jogging gets the same full effect as full on sprinting your butt off. Doing anything half-way doesn't equate to the whole. So using only half of the mobility in your joint and muscle works the full range of motion of the joint and muscle? And the less mobility you use the more it works? Real powerlifters need full range of motion. Doesn't make sense.

  • @UnseenChaos i'm guessing you didn't detect my sarcasm through your computer screen..... ;)

  • @KyleCoxTAMU Haha. No I didn't. I can barley detect sarcasm face to face... Sorry, I'm socially inept.

  • IM THE WORLDS MOST NATURAL FISH EATING. COCO PUFFS EATING,SHAMROCK SHAKE DRINKING,GO CART PUSHING, TENNIE SHOE,V-NECK TSHIRT WEARING,DR.OF "HOW TO PROPERLY CLEAN YOUR HOUSE, CAR AN WINDOW SILLS. I AM THE DRMRSFASTESTNATURALESTFUNIESTSACRCASTICNATURAL PERSON I KNOW, AN I CAN DO DEAD LIFTS TO..

  • wow you go girl better than most men

  • garbage...

what the hell is this lol. Worlds strongest quarter squat female.

  • I've been squatting way to0 low all these years!

  • deeper deeper deeper!

  • every time someone does an exercise, everyone criticizes. i would love to see some of you all in the gym and see what you can actually do.

  • I think they are decent, legit squats. As long as the angle on the knees are like 90 degrees, it is good. I think making the thighs be parallel to the ground is old, archaic.

There are some others that believe one should do a full squat, where the ankles and buttocks touch. That would damage the knees. To say what is correct or not is all relative.

  • @cypresspeter2008 going below does not damage your knees man, thats 50 years old science, new science says otherwise

  • @enkroning

no-no-no. After you pass 90 degrees, the weight dissipates to the knees and hip joints---especially when doing heavy weights. Show me a link or info on your conclusion.

  • @cypresspeter2008 im norwegian, and the dude who wrote it is also norwegian, you wanna try to read it? xD but for real dude, the knees will gets fucked upp if a person do not go to 90 degrees OR below paralell

  • @enkroning btw. i think i can find his sources, ill try

  • @enkroning

Ok. Nice to meet you. Since it is Norweigen, I guess it is not possible. There are other methods as well. For example, a person can also do elevated squats and totally isolate the quadriceps and go down less. Good form helps too.

  • @cypresspeter2008 sorry man, he didnt write down the sources in that article, sucks ;P but yeah, you to buddy : )

  • @cypresspeter2008 The natural range of motion IS to squat ATG. How low depends on the size of their hamstrings, calves and their flexibility. What happens is when you stop at or above parallel, a sheering force is applied to your knee cap, which is more dangerous for your knees. When you squat atg, the knee's are at their strongest point of the lift and also, the weight transfers to your hips which are stronger joints than your knees. It isn't all relative.

  • @churchill51

Thanks for that info. Where can I find that info? Are you a trainer? So, if I were to do heavy weights (like 1-4 reps), are you suggesting I go all the way down? Without weights I can certainly do that. Hmmm?

  • its not parallel so its not a actual squat but i would believe that that would hurt a little

  • 'Worlds strongest natural female squats 225lbs? That's not EVEN close to being the "World's strongest natural female"...She's good...But not that good!!

  • depth! I understand this is not a powerlifting contest ..but the depth is shallow ..still at least 6 inches for more thigh growth ..and ten to break parallel

  • She is good for a beginner!

  • Some comments here quibble about how deep Elizabeth is going, but IMHO while these aren't quite full squats it's still a pretty impressive performance. Yes, there are some female athletes who could squat with more; but this is still a much better performance than the average Joe or Jane of 125 pounds could demonstrate. I hope Elizabeth knows it.

  • Half squat.

  • She's strong but isn't the world's strongest anything, not by a long shot.

However, there's no rule saying you have to go past parallel in casual training. That's for powerlifting competitions.

  • @NoSnoozeBlues hmmm i think its a general consensus that a squat with proper form calls for the lifter to hit AT LEAST parallel.

  • @papasandbeer45 Wikipedia says: "The squat can continue to a number of depths; the deeper the squat, the greater the training effect. Quarter squats do not bring the thighs parallel to the ground, while parallel squats do. Most training occurs between a parallel and a quarter squat, but depends on training level, skill, and purpose of the exercise. Squatting below parallel qualifies a squat as deep while squatting above it qualifies as shallow."

  • @NoSnoozeBlues Wikipedia is not a quotable source. quarter squats are nota utilization of proper squat form. its a wide consensus that if your posting up a video of you "squatting x amount of weight" the form is gonna be proper. a quarter squat is not proper squat form, never has been, never will be.

  • @papasandbeer45 i agree

  • @NoSnoozeBlues " papasandbeer45" states "that is not a quotable source" that is a true fact buddy colleges don't even give you credit if you use Wikipedia

  • great job keep up the good work!

  • thats not even close to parallel

  • @jamesmichaelrossi Also why are most women that weight train look ugly? I want to see hot chicks that can lift weights. Not ones with butter faces.

  • @jamesmichaelrossi I AGREE

  • That's not a squat. She could probably be coached squat to 95 lbs.

  • Just love it when ppl give themselves titles. World known expert or master of -insert here-

  • @can06 World known master of miss leading youtube titles! :L

  • @can06 Yeah, and the most awesome thing about it is that they probably are serious about it too! :)

  • lmao at the title "World's strongest female"...my grandma could squat that.

  • WTF?

    1. What is this "world's strongest natural female" crap? Where does she get off making that claim?

    2. That form is horrible and those are garbage squats. She wouldn't get a single white light by even the world's worst powerlifting judge.

  • she did it completely wrong lmao
