Dude don't give up, play away, Steve Harris from Maiden is an excellent bassist. Learn from the greats (Harris, Geddy Lee, Cliff Burton, etc) and then find your own voice. That way you'll get a feel for the level you're aiming at and go from there. Newer generations are expected to look at the past and continue from there.
Damn wish i was that good xD I've got the EX-104 and trust me you'll love it xD just make sure to drill a straplock into the neck joint to make it balanced, realy fixes all the problems you get with it

hey, i was thining about getting an ESP 104. How well does it respond to drop tunings. Like in C does it make alot of fret noise?

Yeah, good choise! If u like harder sound, try Epiphone Thunderbird. I've been playing 2 years with it. And Great work : )
