Let me add a bit to make you education complete; when Red Army was approching the concentration camp in Auschwitz ,Germans let the prisoners to chose: stay in camp and wait for Russians or withdraw with then to the west.Mr.Weisel (after a discussion with his father decided to escape with Germans. He is writing about this in his book.Ask you teacher why Weisel doesn't have a tattoo and how could he be liberated from 2 camps :Auschwitz and later Buchenwald.Visit my website.
This book was the saddest book i have ever read in my entire life. The ending was so sad when his father died. BTW i was forced to read it because it was for my school english culminating. I'd rather not read it but i did it for my school grades.
