I know this is late, but to stop those crashings:

Right click at the iwbtg.exe icon

select "Properties"

Got to "Compatibility" tab,

Select to run compatible to "Windows 98/ windows ME"

Click Ok, you're good to good.

People says it works both on XP and Vista.
