this is weird, i heard this before but oracle 8i is a database system, there are many, you can program these databases any way a programmer chooses, i'd leave oracle out of this, they just provide a tool companies all over the world use. saying they are the only relational db is totally false.
no source, just that i'm a programmer and have used oracle, ms-sql, mysql, etc, etc, nothing sinister about them, but quite useful actually, if you have data to manage. maybe you should check your source, or google DBMS or something.

Thank's for the comment and looking for more info on the Ukriane sernario in the mean time there are some video's with other sernario of how it has got this far plus factual evidence in the comment box.
