Greatest moment in playoff history for me was to see the redwings shutout the pretender peguins in the finals last year. Sens fans Rangers fans and Flyer fans were so pissed at how many powerplays and dives the pens were awarded against us to just give them the edge. Then we watched them wave of the wings 1st goal thinking...omg...here we go the fuck again...so sick of this leauge helping these shit heads out...come on wings.

BEST GAME EVER! I have never felt so exhilarated during and after a game in my life. This game was epic, and, in my mind, the reason Buffalo won this series. I still think to this day that Ottawa was the best team in the league that year. We just got the best of them in this series, mainly because of this game.

Greatest moment in playoff history for me was to see the redwings shutout the pretender peguins in the finals last year. Sens fans Rangers fans and Flyer fans were so pissed at how many powerplays and dives the pens were awarded against us to just give them the edge. Then we watched them wave of the wings 1st goal thinking...omg...here we go the fuck again...so sick of this leauge helping these shit heads out...come on wings.
And the wings pk came through and the pens were speechless!!!

yeah true, but the sabres are more stacked through their farm team compared to the sens. so yeah, they get a better pick, but i they need it way more than buffalo.

smolynski's face after that was priceless. he was the world's biggest dumbass. im irritated that the sabres didnt make the palyoffs this year, but it makes me feel a little better that the senator fans got screwed over more than us. that and i dont have to see alfredsson's ugly ass face for the next 5 months or so.

Not necessarily Buffalo came really close and then failed and are now fucked out of any good draft picks when the Sens are lower in the standings so fans have a better feeling about there team going into summer.

BEST GAME EVER! I have never felt so exhilarated during and after a game in my life. This game was epic, and, in my mind, the reason Buffalo won this series. I still think to this day that Ottawa was the best team in the league that year. We just got the best of them in this series, mainly because of this game.

to say that the duck/ottawa series was very very close is laughable. ottawa looked like they were sleepwalking throught the entire series. anaheim is more of a defensive team rather than scoring. and emery was decent goalie, but is not better than miller, and still the weakest spot on the sens team.

Emery was shakey at best in 2006.
He was better in 2007, he was, however, way way too aware of it. I also don't believe they got to the finals based on his play. They got their because Volchenkov and Sens defense blocked mad shots and played defense extremly well.
And no, even when Emery doesn't act like a punk, he's not better than Miller. I believe that if you had a goalie like Miller in 2006 then you might've beaten the us.

Actually ottawa was far less experienced than the ducks in cup appearances and cup rings.
The ducks were bigger and had a better goalie.
And still they only won 3 games by 1 goal to take a 3-1 lead in the series vs ottawa.
In fact in those 4 games ottawa outscored the ducks.
of those 3 game winning goals 1 was a bouncing puck, 1 was a 2 on 1....so just so ya know, it was a short series but very very close.The ducks got those 3 bounces all late in the 3rd period.Wake up.

up until the PENGUINS were SHUTOUT games 1&2 and choked on hard RED WING dick, SENS/DUCKS series was one of THE most laughable finals.
