@danielcohen00 I LOVE LONDON! I would go back! I felt like I could live there actually. Its silly, but one of my favorite things is the Tube - I'm fascinated by public transportation. I like that there's lots of stuff to do like the museums. I visited a different one every day I was there. I also got to visit a few friends so that was nice :)

Yay! You're back. You should post up some photos for us to see on your trip. On to my questions.

1. Have you ever met one of your "fans" on the street?

2. Do all of your friends know you have UC?

I'm going to be cheeky now and ask another, I know you wont mind :o). What would Fern be like now if she never had UC? What would she be doing and do you think your illness has changed you in a positive way? Sorry, That's a fair few questions! lol

Hi, mate! :o). Maybe this is an obvious question, but do you think UC has made you a different person and changed not just your personal attitude but your attitude towards long term illness and life ingeneral? What type of a person was you before the UC and what were you like after?

I know my UC has affected my friendships somewhat. When I go out with the guys I am the only sober one, not being able to drink alcohol because it triggers a flare up. It's getting tough to hang out with my pals now because they are all drunk and annoying while I am all mellow with my glass of water.

You are on SCD for 5 years and you still take medication and having flare ups??!! Thats a discourage for me to start SCD.

@Garusinho04 I haven't had a major flare up since 2005. I'm talking about the kind that sends you to the doctor and hospital. I've had very few, minor flare ups. SCD is a personal choice and everyone's body is different. My body was in really bad shape. I couldn't walk. I almost needed surgery. If it took 5 years for me to get better after the condition I was in, than I'm ok with that.
