Thanks for the recipe..... I want to ask that wether you can make Butter Chicken with gravy or not?... Reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks once again......
Oh bahut bahut shukrya Pa Ji. That is a very great idea only to use selected ingredients in this dish. I am going to try this gravy with veg koftas. I like to make koftas with paneer, aloo, and mixed subzi. I also add little bit basan in kofta mix and roll in atta before frying. I recently have been having malai kofta from punjabi pakistani restaurant which is very tasty with butter naan, his gravy is looking very much like yours PaJi. I like gravy with lots of malai inside.
I am very particular about using ingredients, I prefer using only garlic in tomato gravies, if were to make a chutney then i would use only ginger and not garlic, use ingredients to enhance the dish....
OK, made it this morning. Just had some on some veg. I expected it to be more of a curry base, but it is indeed a gravy. I'd add some washed/soaked lentils before making the puree. Good stuff, Chef!
Can you list the different dishes where it can be used, like the Vegetable Makhani. thank you Harpalji. My Bachelor collegiate life is going good with self cooked (novice cook) food thanks to your recipes and small techniques has helped me most to sustain in North America. Waiting for more new videos.

Very nice Harpal Ji, but why you didn't add ginger also? Garlic ginger paste is going very well together in even this dish.

OK I am going to try this today. This looks quite versatile.

I'm guessing that this will go fantastically with some chicken.
