@malacorath I think they mainly mean its not a deck you need to be concerned about in the pro level metagame. The most popular decks are playing hexproof guys and can have Timely Reinforcements on hand.

Kudos to the video editor - the audio on the intro clip isn't painfully louder than the rest of the audio, as it was so often in the past.

I just can´t understand why so many people want scars to rotate. It was an awesome set. New phyrexia was (and brought) a very exciting mechanic, the preators, the return of karn.

It brought the crusaders, the heros, the swords, cards back from mirrodin (masticore, mox and mindslaver), 5 planeswalker in total, the sphinx, pod etc etc.

Innistrad is flavor and tribal, that´s it. it´s boring.

I don't think a Delver deck has ever done well in a local tournament here, and there have been quite a few.

@FritzLangful Sometimes the deck just loses to itself. When I say sometimes, I mean about 30% of the time. Evolving Wilds will help fix that IMO.

@FritzLangful Mine seems to change weekly, and not based on any tournament results. We have an inordinate amount of brewers here, and they are all pretty good. Makes it where sometimes I you don't even sideboard, because you have nothing in your board that will help LOL!

I don't play standard because I don't like spending twenty dollars on a playing set of Wolf Run's until their counterpart rotates out, then I'm stuck with them when they're a .99 cent card. But i still this video awesome, i laughed at the ending.

@Gearsmeister Artifacts everywhere. Personal taste really (I'm surprised people upvoted my comment). I like artifacts as special tools, not as an entire deck. Everything is too gray (figuratively and literally). I enjoy the vibrant flavor Magic offers, but artifact based decks work against it imo.

@jump4h Really? I love Scars Block. Artifacts are just so interesting and fun to me; I play Tempered Steel, naturally. The real problem? Titans.

@gundamfan555 Heh, I guess it's all personal preference. I'm quite fond of seeing titans being played. On the other hand, artifacts are just... "bleh" to me. I like them as tech/utility, but when it comes to an artifact deck (or anything that banks on having metalcraft) I'm not a fan.

The way I understood artifacts when I first learned about magic was that they were trinkets that provided a unique function, but with Scars block there's an emphasis on everything being artifacts.

@jump4h I can see where you're coming from. I personally prefer Scifi over fantasy every time, so Scars block is as close as Magic will get to that. Robots!
