The Indian nation has it worse than anyone..Their home was taken long ago, and they were thrown into dog house and forgotten..I could not agree with you more.. that human rights is number one for all...It is only wrong when misinformation is wrongfully passed around and facts twisted into falsehoods. That is a great injustice. Go into the fields and spend time getting facts... Your position is only as strong as your weakest link.. KNOWLEDGE  is power...lies are abusive..

If Giumarra's were so evil...why have thousands of their workers over the decades called upon other relatives and family members to come to Giumarra's and work there...many of them for 20- to over 40 years...There exists thousands of farmers in CA, AZ,TX and other states...So why do thousands return to Giumarra's every year ...Also, who works the longest hours...?? The Giumarra's..

What about the Giumarra's ? ..Sal Giumarra is 84 ..has ALWAYS worked 7 days a WEEK...easily 16 and up to 20 hours a day..long after farmworkers have gone home..Allowing himself only a two week vacation like all the workers .although..he has almost always goes to work during his vacation time..or at least part of it. He'll be out in the fields at 4 am..and return home late..averaging 4-5 hours sleep...all these years. If you do not believe this...go out there in Edison, CA and see for yourself..

Go ask the workers and see for yourselves the TRUTH....Giumarra's would never allow any person being harrassed...and by the way....the girl who said she was sexually harrassed by another mexican boy QUIT.....she was not FIRED..GET THE FACTS STRAIGHT...this girl and her family is using the UFW to make a scene...only the UFW does not know they are being duped and lied to...Sorry you guys...You cannot trust everybody these days.....GOD KNOWS THE FACTS....BETTER GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT.....

...Lastly, speaking of farmworkers themselves, most are good, hardworking people..The biggest problem I see is that our culture does not give them the dignity they deserve....Believe me...you cannot pay a white guy enough money to work in the fields..they won't come...it has been like that for decades...so don't put down the very people who put food on your plate and give you life...without food..none of us would be here....Gracias...and God bless

EVERY HUMAN DESERVES DIGNITY...But it does not come through FALSE ALLEGATIONS and LIES.....You will find out that in over 60 years of Giumarra operations...there has never existed a sexual harrassment suit...totalling over millions of hours of work hours throughout the decades...that is an exemplary record...a mexican woman and assisting husband were the foremen on the crew...no workers saw any harrassment...if Giumarra's was so evil...why have workers worked there many up to 40 years
