Spin is where you slant the facts to bolster your opinion. It is not just giving your opinion alongside the facts. For you to prove that he has put spin on the truth, then you must show where his report the misrepresented a fact.

It was pretty weird the way the police removed the cameras, i think they are responsible for there not being a clear answered to who was at fault. Certainly Judge Burke caused the whole incident by not saying please.

Also your biased, everyone can see that if burke had said please then he wouldnt have punished Hoffman disproportionately to his crimes, and in the course of his punishment put him in a situation which he would become injured. He not only ignored justice, he activly prevented it.

If you can't understand these facts, then your only fooling yourself.

The police have a responsibility to protect people and uphold justice. They don't have to listen to people whine and complain.

Just as judges don't have to take shit from criminals they're prosecuting. The law is run by the members of the justice system, not the criminals.

I should have added that America was first descovered by the Spanish, who destroyd the mighty armies and governments of the Aztecs and the Incas and stole all of the gold. However when it came to north america the red indians managed to defeat them. Theirs was the true democracy, the war would have resembled somthing like the struggle against fascism in WW2... and WW1... and the cold war... those Russians were pretty fascist as well as communist.

It was the competing Imperialism of France, Britain and Germany which caused the stress. With Nationalism and Militarism thrown in the mix on both sides, there were more reasons to go to war than the death of Archduke Franz Ferdinand by Serbian Resistance fighters.

You're right about the justice part, but the police have no legal obligation to protect anyone. They can respond to a call for help, but they can't provide everyone with on-the-spot security. Even the most feverish cop supporter must know that the cops can't be everywhere. A crime victim has no legal right to sue the police for failing to protect him from crime--and he can't ask for his money back.
