Hes right. I see so many vids on here of people doing stuff wrong, and theres alot of crappy tabs. Just go to a library. My local library has hundreds or music scores. Its offical and it comes in music notation and tablature.

keep practicising, keep strong head, everyone feels excitement and desire to play as best as quick as possible. I have been playing that peice since '92, takes years. i know you just started playing. keep feel and ego in check and find what we are good at, or it just spins in circles.. critical but sincere advise. practice more listening, basic skills, pentatonic techniques, you can start somewhere. at least you tried. Still more years to grasp the "feel" gauging from what you showed.

Not me, it clearly sounds thin due to the single coils. Record that shit with a les paul with the neck humbucker and see the difference. Les Pauls are meaty and ballsy. No disrespect meant, just saying that it doesn't sound at all like a les paul, sounds exactly like a fender should. Both good, but different tone.

what the fuk are you talking about? There's no need to have a les paul to have slash's sound. Just take you amp and start playing around with the knobs and you'll get the exact sound. I think Slash is one of the best players of all time but I also think that Slash's sound is extremely cheap!
