Bryan Glass of Mice Templar is a Genius I have been following his work for over 20 + years now. He is a rare talent and Marvel will discover that for sure and so will everyone else who read's & view's his work. I have every thing he has ever done. I know what I'm talking about, trust me, I have seen the best of them. His work is 2nd to none. This work is not for the shallow, it actually has depth to it & that's refreshing.
I've been surprised that Jacques' characters have never been put into graphic novel form. Unless they have and I haven't been aware of it.
I don't have any problem with Oeming doing this, but it is surprising that neither he nor the interviewer mention Redwall. It seems like somebody doing fantasy with elves & dwarves and not mentioning Tolkein.
i dont mean to critcize or to be rude, but this entire idea and story of warrior like mice has already been established by the author Brian Jacques in his Redwall series, the only acception is that warrior like mice has also been expanded to other animals as well, Jacques's series has all the mythology and history and characters already developed as well. just thought i should let other people know about a different take on this kind of literature
