Okay I take your point but since getting involved with the community, I've also started working for a fashion company that works with models and television. Now I can go to strip clubs, ask the girls if they have a portfolio and walk away with their numbers. In fact, one of the most beautiful girls I have ever met is meeting with me on Sunday to go out. So working with something that is relevant to a women's world can be a benefit.
I actually do find girls impressed when I know the differences in women's sizes and men's sizes. They are also impressed when I know what is in season and in style. Too many guys just wear whatever or guy clothes like hoodies, jerzees, t-shirts, boring button ups and polo's. When I started dressing edgier I immediately noticed more women complimenting me and touching my clothes... dressing right is important and know a little about style is too... also know what looks good on you...
Do we need to be like that guy next to Neil? No, I really don't think that many girls are going to be that impressed if you know ALOT about fashion but it's like everything else, when you meet a girl you need something to talk about and if you have a wide range of knowledge then you are more likely to find common ground. It's great that you like cars, sports, or your job but make sure you don't limit yourself to certain areas of knowledge.
Meh, if she is attracted to you you can talk about whatever YOU want to talk about. She will find it interesting because it comes from you. You know like when a really hot girl is talking about something that you would normally not be interested in, but because its coming from her, you find it interesting? Same thing.
I do believe your fashion is important, but I have found that channeling a rocker frame works better for myself. It fits my personality much better.
