It's brand new.There will be a little leakage past the rings till they take a seat to the bores.Probably an hour or two of tweakin and it will be very slight.once it has a few runs on it it will be good to go.It seems to want to rip the mounts off the stand.Very stout mill !
There is always some blowby at full throttle when you are not using a PCV. These 590cid motors where extra bad about blowby, I had to develop a separator with a drip return system to keep the oil in the motor.
